The Gem Hotel is currently seeking an energetic and motivated to join our team as a Cellar & Maintenance Attendant.
As the Cellar & Maintenance Attendant you will assist and support hotel operations by leading the daily Cellar Operations in conjunction with the Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for maintaining the cellar and all service areas, beverage systems, transfer stock between departments and venues, ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining a clean and safe cellar area.
You will be responsible for determining and maintaining stock levels in the various bars, bottle shop and cellar to meet customer service needs.
